2. What we send

We only text people who requested information from us, for example by filling in a form on our website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, and agreed to be contacted by phone and text message. The messages are about your request:

  • confirming that we received your request;
  • scheduling a call or meeting with you, and reminders before it;
  • follow-ups about the service you asked about, including when we tried to call you.

We do not sell or rent phone numbers, and we do not send messages on behalf of other companies.

3. How you agree (opt-in)

You agree to receive text messages when you submit your mobile number in one of our forms together with the consent statement shown next to the phone field. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Message frequency and costs

  • Message frequency varies, depending on your request (typically a few messages per request).
  • Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

5. How to stop or get help

  • To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message, or write to info@synkaisolutions.com.
  • You can opt in again at any time by submitting a new request with the consent statement.

6. Carriers

Messages are sent to subscribers of the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only recipients are the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (section 2.6).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is always available on this page. If a change affects what we send you, we will tell you by text message before it applies.
